Modern trends in Vietnam's investment cooperation with the countries of the region and the world

Annotation: In this particular article the author conducts a country and geographical analysis of the investment directions in Vietnam, reveals the main patterns and features of investing in the country at the present stage. There is a certain shift in investor interest from the enterprises with 100% foreign ownership - to mergers and acquisitions and dominance over Vietnamese companies by purchase of their stocks. To note another trend, there is an increase of interest in the domestic market of Vietnam. It is also reflected in the penetration of foreign companies into Vietnamese consumer services market through the absorption of Vietnamese companies and the seizure of still free niches.
